There are many brands and several sizes of hair straightening iron available so how do you know which is the best hair straightener for you? For short hair a narrower iron is the best hair straighteners, preferably around one inch wide. While for longer hair an iron around 1 and half inches wide will do a better job or removing those waves of curl. It is also essential to get an iron that will allow you to adjust the temperature settings to get just the right amount if heat to get the job done, and not so much that it will damage your hair.
